How to Determine Portion Size

Losing weight is a hard task to accomplish. You have to watch what you eat
and count calories also. But don't forget your portion or serving size is
also important. How big a portion you eat will also determine if you will
lose the weight.
One way to determine the serving size is read the label and measure it out
in a measuring cup or a digital scale. If you eat the recommended portion
then you will most likely lose the weight.
If you are counting calories then keep a chart of how many calories eat in
a week. This will help you determine what your calorie intake is and how
much to lower it.
