7 Healthy Eating Habits to Keep the Weight Off




1.Drink low calorie beverages such as water, coffee or tea.

2. Cook enough food for dinner to have left overs the next day
   which will deter you from eating out.

3. Eat a lot of vegetables instead of a lot of meat.

4. Try not to dine out at restaurants instead eat in. If you do
   eat out try to be picky about what you eat. No heavy meals.

5. Try to eat a low carb diet. You will lose the weight.

6. Use the 80/20 rule for dieting, 20% of the time for indulging.
   This will keep you from a binge.

7. Eat more than three meals a day. Most diets recommend 5 meals
   a day, two of them snacks. Just eat healthy snacks.
